The Basics

VTL (Vex True Loader) is a modding tool for Animal Company, operated solely by Vex. These Terms apply to all users of VTL including the mod menu, website at vexqyq.com, Discord server at discord.gg/2bCghtn5n5, and any associated tools, scripts, bots, or services.

Definitions

• "VTL" — the Vex True Loader software, website, Discord community, and all associated services.
• "Vex" — the sole operator and developer of VTL.
• "User" — any individual accessing or using VTL in any capacity.
• "Premium" — paid access tier granting use of VTL mod menu features.
• "Services" — the VTL loader, website, Discord server, support system, and all related tools.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use any VTL service. By using VTL you represent that you meet this requirement. VTL does not knowingly provide services to users under 13.

Purchase & Access

VTL is a modding tool intended for personal, non-commercial use in Animal Company. By using VTL you agree to:

• Use VTL for personal use only — not for commercial, resale, or revenue-generating purposes
• Not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share VTL scripts, files, or premium content without explicit written permission from Vex
• Not share your premium account credentials with any other person
• Not attempt to access VTL services using another user's credentials

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use VTL to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract VTL scripts, source code, or encryption
• Attempt to bypass VTL's license verification, authentication, or access controls
• Distribute malware, keyloggers, or any malicious software using VTL tooling
• Impersonate Vex, VTL staff, or any other person
• Use VTL in any way that violates applicable law

Enforcement

VTL reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to take any action deemed appropriate, including warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from all VTL services, with or without notice. Vex has final and sole discretion in all enforcement decisions.

Game Anti-Cheat & Other Risks

Game updates may break VTL functionality at any time. VTL does not guarantee compatibility with any specific game version or update.

No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

VTL is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Vex does not warrant that VTL will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of VTL, including but not limited to game bans, data loss, hardware damage, or account actions.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. By purchasing premium access you acknowledge:

• Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will result in a permanent ban from all VTL services
• Access may be revoked at any time if these Terms are violated
• Premium features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time without compensation
• Game updates may temporarily or permanently break VTL functionality — this does not entitle a refund
• Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase and does not guarantee any specific feature set

Termination

Vex may terminate or suspend your access to VTL at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use VTL ceases immediately. No refund is issued upon termination for cause.

Discord Server Rules

Members of the VTL Discord server must follow all posted server rules. VTL reserves the right to ban, mute, or remove any member at any time including but not limited to for:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior
• Spam, self-promotion, or advertising without permission
• Sharing or requesting leaked VTL content
• Impersonating VTL staff or other members
• Any violation of Discord's Terms of Service

Changes to This TOS

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of VTL after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of VTL should first be raised via the VTL Discord support system. VTL is not responsible for resolving disputes between users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vex and VTL from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of VTL, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VTL regarding your use of the Services. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
